Easy-playing 12-string guitars help put Taylor on the map back in the 1970s, and this 250ce-BLK Plus is proof that the tradition lives on. This new cutaway Dreadnought is crafted with layered maple back and sides and a solid Lutz spruce top, a combination that generates strong projection and a rich octave shimmer. It features C-class bracing, which has an asymmetrical and cantilevered pattern that boosts volume and sustain while taming the boomy bass that can sometimes overwhelm the trebles on Dreadnoughts. The striking cosmetic appointments include a full-body gloss black finish, white binding and satin black tuning machines. The 250ce-BLK Plus is fitted with Taylors own ES2 electronics. Includes a lightweight and sturdy AreoCase.
